Michele D. Metts has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since founding the company in 1997.
Ms. Metts' ideas and visions about communications and conferencing often predate industry trends. Introducing the platform-independent CustomChat Server™ using Java™ technology to the market, Chatalot Corporation is poised and moving closer to its goal of providing customizable community tools to anyone, anywhere, anytime, on any platform.
Ms. Metts is the head of the team that conceptualized and developed the CustomChat Server, with the goal in mind to offer people the choice of designing their own atmosphere in a conference room. She has supervised and directed the conception and creation of the proprietary software's special features, such as The Creator. Under her direction, the software was created and developed to where it is today.
Ms. Metts works closely with the other co-founders, programmers and consultants to extend and create custom features that are state of the art and innovative. An early adopter and builder of the communications/chat area of the Internet has given her a keen sense of the needs of Internet users and the tools needed to optimize live interactive communications. Working with the creative designer and the programmer, she has guided the development to create one of the most flexible and valuable tools for todays web designers, developers and Internet Service Providers to implement a community on any website.
Angelo Aversa, Senior Vice President, Founder and Senior Creative Director
As the Creative Director, Mr. Aversa has an ongoing hand in the day to day development of the CustomChat™ Live beta testing site located at www.chatalot.com. He has created several theme rooms, some which are tailored for role-playing games. Carefully monitoring user feedback, He is able to provide valuable key information to enhance the constant development of new features within the software. As a key public relations contact he works closely with the users to maintain the maximum level of quality for the clients experience.
Aaron Hughes, Systems Administrator, Network Architect
Mr. Hughes is the network architect and the man that keeps the CustomChat™ servers running in tip top shape. He is currently working with satellite technologies, Broad Band Technologies and Design/Management of ATM Internetworks. He is also involved with the integration of Digital UNIX Servers, BSD, SunOS, and Linux stations. Mr. Hughes is a specialist in planning for the expansion of CustomChat™ and our bandwidth needs, based on current utilization and predictive solutions.
